Coming Along......

It`s been a slow process but my studio space is coming along.....The walls are still bare and I`m looking for another piece or too and a chandelier. I just want to take my time and find the right pieces for the amount of room I have.....

I bought the two shabby lingerie chests because I thought they would look great on the sides of my window and I loved all those drawers!




When I saw this buffet and mirror I knew this was the splash of color I needed! I bought this at The Three French Hens in Nolensville, Tn. Stacey and Debbie are the best! They used a new chalk paint and I just love it!

I was so delighted that I found not one, but two Wolf dress forms! I love that one is smaller and the larger one has the metal cage on the bottom! I`m on the lookout for a few more for a special manni lover.(Charlene, I`m lookin` for you)!

Oh yeah, my studio is not the only makeover....This is a new look.....whatdya think??


My hairdresser is the best ever! I made a change to surprise Hubby for our anniversary. He loves it!

Shopping in Canton...HOT,HOT, HOT!!

While shopping in Canton, we stopped at The Vintage Raven. My friend Donna Ramirez has bought some of my creations and was selling some of my pocket purses. I love how she displayed them...

Donna had some beautiful dresses. My friend Cindy bought one. I hope she bought this one above too. So much vintage beauty.....

The next stop was Girls Gone Junkin. These girls had talent and hosted our wonderful lunch.

Oh my goodness! The chicken salad and fruit was yummy!!



I just adored these manniquins! I finally found and bought a few while treasure hunting! (Later to come).


Ther was so much to see. I bought a few things while there. You had to think fast and grab because a few things I saw and hesitated to buy were gone!
The next stop was Winnie and Talulah`s....I met some sweet gals there...

First Stop In Texas....

LuLu and I stopped to meet Miss Jana to visit her shop. Oh my vintage goodness!! Her clothing just made me drool! Jana is the most talented lady I`ve ever met! She can make just about anything! The photos don`t lie....


Jana a had delicious appetizer waiting for us and some sweet tea...







I loved her whole shop. I could`ve been lost for days and loved it! A few photos of our Gilded adventure coming up....
