Mending Hearts....

• I`ll be mending more hearts for The Hayloft at Port Royal Barn Sale!

  Come to The Barn Sale for some vintage goodies and handmade crafts and jewelry.

The talent is all the rage! I`ll be making more of my mended hearts using fine silver. Fabulous food and atmosphere.....Be early for the first choice of the Best! Thurs. the 18th 4-7. Fri. and Sat. 10-6.

Bohemian Garnets....My Favorite for Fall!

Getting ready for Fall....The colors of rich reds, browns, and gold just seem to go with the season. These are some of my new creations that will be debuting at the Hayloft Barn sale! Oct. 18, 19, 20th. Port Royal is a beautiful place to friends to gather with good music, food and of course great vintage shopping. More details will be posted soon....

A Chandelier at The Hayloft Barn Sale..

Bella Rustica! This weekend...

 I just love these Sassy Shaker Doll necklaces! I used sterling salt and pepper shakers and bead chains for the skirts! The frozen charlotte heads are adorned with rhinestones and sit on vintage rhinestone and Victorian buttons!

Only a limited number of these one inch charlotte doll rings. Sterling over brass they are adjustable....

Champagne Anyone?

I haved looked for almost two years for just the right color of champagne fresh water pearls. I think I`ve found them! They are the slightest blush color.
I finally have been using my vast collection of vintage silver and bronze medals for Fall.
Some of my "Merry Medals" collection will be debuting at the  Strawberry Patch Barn Sale Sept. 6, 7, & 8th!

How could I foget??

   I guess I`ve just been tired....A show this weekend, getting back to the office, laundry, etc....I walked into the kitchen last night and saw these beautiful roses! I thought pink roses were my favorite but these yellow ones...they just took my breathe away! How did I forget my anniversary? I remembered just last week while we were planning a trip this summer to celebrate~
 With all the craziness in my life there is always one person who is always supportive, always there, always possitive and loving, always knowing what to say and do. I`ve learned so much about the word of God through you!
   Happy anniversary my darling husband! I am truly Blessed to have you in my life.

Pink Prom Dress!

My small manni, Ellie, is wearing her pink prom dress to the Strawberry Patch Barn Sale on Aril 26th-28th! I found this sweet 50`s dress at a local antique mall this pat weekend. I was so excited! These are so hard to find and pricey. The girl who owned it worked with me so this pink beauty came home with me!

Working on a few things....

This is just a small portion of what I`ve worked on or currently working on for the last few weeks. The rest of my work table is covered up and just waiting for me to go through it.
What a mess! Gotta get focused on creating instead of collecting....or not!

Sometimes I just have to look at my "stuff" and play with it before it has another life.

Victorian And Vintage Laces....Another Weakness

I have been blogging and talking about The Strawberry Patch Barn Sale for the last two weeks. I have had several of you ask about selling some of my laces there. Passion for Pink...

For Spring I definitely love colors. Pinks and blues are my favorite. I am working in my studio getting ready for a fabulous barn sale The Strawberry Patch!

A Barn Sale!!!!

Blue skies....Blue creations....

Even though I love pink, blue has been popping up in my studio! I`ve been creating using more color for Spring. I love using treasures I`ve found while shopping at antique malls and stores. Here`s a few things I came up with....


(I love the hooks above the pocket! Great to dangle earrings or little sparkly elements)!

I found this blue jewelry box and knew it was mine when I opened it up and saw the pink lining!



Baby rattles...Love the sterling bell. I made a pink one in an earlier post...


If you look closely, you`ll see the larger crytal beads. They are etched and very old. I fell in love with the necklace they were made with.

I found this vintage Limoges pendant and loved the face on this sweet lady. The blue on her shawl drew me in...



I placed this necklace on a vintage doll trunk. I thought it would be great for a display for a show. I`ll post it later....Now back to my studio to create with color....

New Display For My Hats!

I have been looking and hunting for A vintage floor hat stand. I found them at various antique shops and malls, but nobody would sell them....
I went to a small shop that I visit often and in a dusty corner I found one!
What??? I never thought of looking there before. At first he said no but I put that pitiful look in my eyes and made a good offer and he sold it to me!
I threw it in my car and cleaned it up.....
